According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of live sheep (HS Code: 10410) in August 2024 reached 40.2 K pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 5.1 K pcs (+14.6%).

Year-on-year, the import of live sheep dropped by 53.4 K pcs (2.3 times) compared to August 2023.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import increased by 12.2 K pcs (+43.8%).

YTD, the import of live sheep totaled 112.5 K pcs, which is 138.6 K pcs (2.2 times) less than last year's figure.
