According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of preserved vegetables and fruits (HS Code: 2001) in August 2025 amounted to 19.5 metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the export increased by 14.1 metric tons (3.6 times).

Year-on-year, the export of preserved vegetables and fruits declined by 7.4 metric tons (-27.6%) compared to August 2024.

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2023), the export increased by 8.6 metric tons (+78.8%).

YTD, the export of preserved vegetables and fruits amounted to 272.8 metric tons, which is 17.8 metric tons (+7.0%) more compared to the same period last year.
