According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in May 2025 reached 429.6 metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the export decreased by 23.5 metric tons (-5.2%).

Compared to May 2024, the export of unmanufactured tobacco year-on-year decreased by 71.5 metric tons (-14.3%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the export increased by 253.6 metric tons (2.4 times).

Year-to-date, the export of unmanufactured tobacco reached 1.8 thsd metric tons, down by 2.0 thsd metric tons (2.1 times) compared to last year.
