According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in October 2024, the export of salt (HS Code: 2501) amounted to 2.9 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export grew by 644.2 metric tons (+28.5%).
In comparison to October 2023, the export of salt showed a year-on-year increase of 2.0 thsd metric tons (3.3 times).
The export grew by 1.8 thsd metric tons (2.7 times) compared to the same month two years ago (October 2022).
YTD, the export of salt amounted to 23.3 thsd metric tons, which is 14.0 thsd metric tons (2.5 times) more compared to the same period last year.
