According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of clay (HS Code: 2508) in August 2025 amounted to 17.3 thsd metric tons.
The export grew by 2.8 thsd metric tons (+18.9%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to August 2024, the export of clay showed a year-on-year decrease of 251.0 metric tons (-1.4%).
Two years ago, in the same month (August 2023), the export increased by 5.8 thsd metric tons (+50.9%).
YTD, the export of clay totaled 117.5 thsd metric tons, which is 14.5 thsd metric tons (-11.0%) less than last year's figure.
