According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in March 2024, the export of crude oil (HS Code: 2709) amounted to 1.0 mln metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export decreased by 2.1 mln metric tons (3.1 times).
Compared to March 2023, the export of crude oil year-on-year decreased by 629.6 thsd metric tons (-38.5%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the export increased by 17.9 thsd metric tons (+1.8%).
Year-to-date, the export of crude oil reached 5.6 mln metric tons, down by 1.2 mln metric tons (-17.8%) compared to last year.
