Azerbaijan: Exports of crude oil for May 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of crude oil (HS Code: 2709) in May 2024 reached 2.9 mln metric tons.

The export grew by 1.6 mln metric tons (2.2 times) compared to the previous month.

Compared to May 2023, the export of crude oil year-on-year increased by 424.5 thsd metric tons (+16.9%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the export increased by 1.0 mln metric tons (+54.6%).

YTD, the export of crude oil totaled 9.9 mln metric tons, which is 1.9 mln metric tons (-16.0%) less than last year's figure.
