According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of tanned leather (HS Code: 4104) in August 2024 amounted to 29.0 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the export increased by 11.3 thsd pcs (+63.6%).
Year-on-year, the export of tanned leather declined by 6.2 thsd pcs (-17.6%) compared to August 2023.
Compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the export decreased by 25.1 thsd pcs (-46.4%).
YTD, the export of tanned leather totaled 230.1 thsd pcs, which is 21.8 thsd pcs (-8.6%) less than last year's figure.
