Azerbaijan: Imports of rice for April 2025

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of rice (HS Code: 1006) in April 2025 amounted to 5.4 K MT.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 1.7 K MT (+44.6%).

Year-on-year, the import of rice declined by 3.0 K MT (-36.1%) compared to April 2024.

Relative to the same month two years ago (April 2023), the import rose by 287.8 MT (+5.7%).

YTD, the import of rice totaled 22.9 K MT, which is 4.4 K MT (-16.2%) less than last year's figure.
