According to data from the State Customs Committee of

, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of live cattle (HS Code: 102) in April 2025 amounted to 12.9 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 4.7 thsd pcs (+58.0%).
Year-on-year, the import of live cattle rose by 9.0 thsd pcs (3.3 times) compared to April 2024.
Relative to the same month two years ago (April 2023), the import rose by 5.6 thsd pcs (+77.2%).
The import of live cattle YTD amounted to 35.5 thsd pcs, exceeding last year's value by 21.7 thsd pcs (2.6 times).
