According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of live cattle (HS Code: 102) amounted to 13.5 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 1.8 thsd pcs (+15.6%).
In comparison to August 2024, the import of live cattle showed a year-on-year increase of 9.8 thsd pcs (3.7 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import rose by 2.3 thsd pcs (+20.6%).
YTD, the import of live cattle amounted to 78.4 thsd pcs, which is 46.7 thsd pcs (2.5 times) more compared to the same period last year.
