According to data from the State Customs Committee of

, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of live sheep and goats (HS Code: 104) in August 2025 amounted to 73.3 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 24.4 thsd pcs (+50.1%).
In comparison to August 2024, the import of live sheep and goats showed a year-on-year increase of 33.0 thsd pcs (+82.1%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import declined by 20.4 thsd pcs (-21.8%).
