According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of oil seeds (HS Code: 1207) amounted to 27.1 metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 52.4 metric tons (2.9 times).
In comparison to August 2024, the import of oil seeds showed a year-on-year decrease of 37.1 metric tons (2.4 times).
The import dropped by 154.7 metric tons (6.7 times) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2023).
The YTD import of oil seeds reached 3.7 thsd metric tons, increasing by 578.3 metric tons (+18.3%) compared to last year.
