According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of seeds for sowing (HS Code: 1209) in October 2024 reached 172.5 MT.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 74.4 MT (+75.8%).

Year-on-year, the import of seeds for sowing declined by 230.5 MT (2.3 times) compared to October 2023.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (October 2022), the import increased by 146.6 MT (6.7 times).

Year-to-date, the import of seeds for sowing totaled 957.3 MT, up by 164.7 MT (+20.8%) compared to the previous year.
