According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in December 2024, the import of confectionery (HS Code: 1704) totaled 2.0 thsd metric tons.

The import grew by 335.5 metric tons (+20.5%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of confectionery rose by 429.8 metric tons (+27.9%) compared to December 2023.

Compared to the same month two years ago (December 2022), the import decreased by 809.8 metric tons (-29.1%).

YTD, the import of confectionery totaled 22.7 thsd metric tons, which is 1.6 thsd metric tons (-6.5%) less than last year's figure.
