Azerbaijan: Imports of confectionery for August 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of confectionery (HS Code: 1704) in August 2024 amounted to 1.9 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 66.7 metric tons (+3.7%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of confectionery declined by 270.0 metric tons (-12.6%) compared to August 2023.

The import dropped by 61.3 metric tons (-3.2%) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022).

Year-to-date, the import of confectionery reached 14.7 thsd metric tons, down by 1.5 thsd metric tons (-9.1%) compared to last year.
