Azerbaijan: Imports of malt extract for May 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of malt extract (HS Code: 1901) totaled 635.5 metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 37.0 metric tons (-5.5%).
In comparison to May 2023, the import of malt extract showed a year-on-year decrease of 109.9 metric tons (-14.7%).
The import grew by 28.6 metric tons (+4.7%) compared to the same month two years ago (May 2022).
YTD, the import of malt extract amounted to 3.3 thsd metric tons, which is 382.2 metric tons (+13.2%) more compared to the same period last year.
