According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2025, the import of petroleum (HS Code: 2710) amounted to 104.1 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 29.8 thsd metric tons (+40.2%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to April 2024, the import of petroleum year-on-year increased by 14.5 thsd metric tons (+16.2%).

Two years ago, in the same month (April 2023), the import increased by 18.1 thsd metric tons (+21.0%).

YTD, the import of petroleum amounted to 354.3 thsd metric tons, which is 105.6 thsd metric tons (+42.4%) more compared to the same period last year.
