According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of petroleum (HS Code: 2710) in September 2025 amounted to 29.9 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 1.8 thsd metric tons (+6.4%).

Compared to September 2024, the import of petroleum year-on-year decreased by 77.1 thsd metric tons (3.6 times).

Compared to the same month two years ago (September 2023), the import decreased by 24.6 thsd metric tons (-45.1%).

YTD, the import of petroleum totaled 544.2 thsd metric tons, which is 54.7 thsd metric tons (-9.1%) less than last year's figure.
