Azerbaijan: Imports of medicaments for August 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of medicaments (HS Code: 3004) in August 2024 amounted to 1.2 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 561.5 metric tons (-32.4%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of medicaments dropped by 736.1 metric tons (-38.5%) compared to August 2023.

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import declined by 323.9 metric tons (-21.6%).

YTD, the import of medicaments totaled 14.0 thsd metric tons, which is 5.6 thsd metric tons (-28.6%) less than last year's figure.
