According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in October 2024, the import of soap (HS Code: 3401) amounted to 2.0 thsd metric tons.
The import decreased by 255.9 metric tons (-11.4%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of soap rose by 225.9 metric tons (+12.8%) compared to October 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (October 2022), the import increased by 630.1 metric tons (+46.3%).
YTD, the import of soap amounted to 17.8 thsd metric tons, which is 1.9 thsd metric tons (+11.9%) more compared to the same period last year.
