According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of pesticides (HS Code: 3808) in May 2024 reached 898.3 MT.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 136.6 MT (-13.2%).
Year-on-year, the import of pesticides rose by 206.1 MT (+29.8%) compared to May 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import increased by 251.7 MT (+38.9%).
The import of pesticides YTD amounted to 4.5 K MT, exceeding last year's value by 628.7 MT (+16.1%).
