Azerbaijan: Imports of pesticides for August 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of pesticides (HS Code: 3808) amounted to 544.9 MT.
The import dropped by 340.7 MT (-38.5%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of pesticides declined by 20.1 MT (-3.6%) compared to August 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import increased by 91.0 MT (+20.0%).
The import of pesticides YTD amounted to 6.7 K MT, exceeding last year's value by 1.1 K MT (+18.8%).
