According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of pesticides (HS Code: 3808) in May 2025 amounted to 1.2 thsd metric tons.
The import decreased by 604.7 metric tons (-33.2%) compared to the previous month.
The import of pesticides year-on-year, compared to May 2024, grew by 318.8 metric tons (+35.5%).
The import grew by 524.9 metric tons (+75.8%) compared to the same month two years ago (May 2023).
YTD, the import of pesticides amounted to 5.9 thsd metric tons, which is 1.3 thsd metric tons (+29.6%) more compared to the same period last year.
