Azerbaijan: Imports of plastic sheets for August 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of plastic sheets (HS Code: 3920) in August 2024 amounted to 2.4 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 145.4 metric tons (+6.5%).
Compared to August 2023, the import of plastic sheets year-on-year increased by 162.1 metric tons (+7.3%).
Two years ago, in the same month (August 2022), the import increased by 876.3 metric tons (+58.1%).
The YTD import of plastic sheets reached 15.5 thsd metric tons, increasing by 1.1 thsd metric tons (+7.9%) compared to last year.
