According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of plastic containers (HS Code: 3923) totaled 1.9 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 429.0 metric tons (+29.9%) compared to the previous month.
The import of plastic containers year-on-year, compared to May 2023, grew by 262.2 metric tons (+16.4%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import increased by 570.0 metric tons (+44.1%).
Year-to-date, the import of plastic containers reached 7.2 thsd metric tons, down by 55.7 metric tons (-0.8%) compared to last year.
