Azerbaijan: Imports of plastic tableware for May 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of plastic tableware (HS Code: 3924) amounted to 669.1 metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 190.8 metric tons (+39.9%).
The import of plastic tableware year-on-year, compared to May 2023, grew by 97.1 metric tons (+17.0%).
Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the import increased by 322.8 metric tons (+93.2%).
Year-to-date, the import of plastic tableware totaled 2.9 thsd metric tons, up by 774.8 metric tons (+37.1%) compared to the previous year.
