According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of plastic articles (HS Code: 3926) amounted to 1.1 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 26.4 metric tons (-2.2%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of plastic articles rose by 238.3 metric tons (+26.2%) compared to August 2024.

The import grew by 89.2 metric tons (+8.4%) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2023).

Year-to-date, the import of plastic articles totaled 7.7 thsd metric tons, up by 641.7 metric tons (+9.1%) compared to the previous year.
