Azerbaijan: Imports of packaging containers for May 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of packaging containers (HS Code: 4819) amounted to 1.6 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 140.4 metric tons (+9.7%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to May 2023, the import of packaging containers showed a year-on-year decrease of 661.8 metric tons (-29.4%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import rose by 320.2 metric tons (+25.2%).

Year-to-date, the import of packaging containers reached 6.3 thsd metric tons, down by 1.4 thsd metric tons (-17.8%) compared to last year.
