Azerbaijan: Imports of packaging containers for August 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of packaging containers (HS Code: 4819) in August 2024 amounted to 1.8 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 482.7 metric tons (+37.8%).

The import of packaging containers year-on-year, compared to August 2023, grew by 93.0 metric tons (+5.6%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import rose by 269.1 metric tons (+18.1%).

The YTD import of packaging containers amounted to 10.7 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 1.8 thsd metric tons (-14.6%) compared to the same period last year.
