According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2025, the import of packaging containers (HS Code: 4819) amounted to 1.4 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 179.9 metric tons (-11.5%).

Compared to May 2024, the import of packaging containers year-on-year decreased by 207.6 metric tons (-13.0%).

The import dropped by 869.4 metric tons (-38.6%) compared to the same month two years ago (May 2023).

Year-to-date, the import of packaging containers totaled 6.4 thsd metric tons, up by 41.0 metric tons (+0.6%) compared to the previous year.
