Azerbaijan: Imports of synthetic fabrics for October 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in October 2024, the import of synthetic fabrics (HS Code: 5407) totaled 6.6 mln m2.

The import decreased by 3.1 mln m2 (-31.8%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to October 2023, the import of synthetic fabrics year-on-year decreased by 5.9 mln m2 (-47.0%).

The import dropped by 1.9 mln m2 (-22.0%) compared to the same month two years ago (October 2022).

YTD, the import of synthetic fabrics totaled 84.6 mln m2, which is 14.7 mln m2 (-14.8%) less than last year's figure.
