Azerbaijan: Imports of synthetic fabrics for June 2025

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in June 2025, the import of synthetic fabrics (HS Code: 5407) totaled 9.4 mln m2.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 497.1 thsd m2 (+5.6%).

In comparison to June 2024, the import of synthetic fabrics showed a year-on-year increase of 1.8 mln m2 (+23.5%).

Two years ago, in the same month (June 2023), the import increased by 1.6 mln m2 (+20.0%).

YTD, the import of synthetic fabrics totaled 44.1 mln m2, which is 7.3 mln m2 (-14.2%) less than last year's figure.
