Azerbaijan: Imports of pile fabrics for April 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2024, the import of pile fabrics (HS Code: 6001) amounted to 445.5 metric tons.
The import dropped by 225.3 metric tons (-33.6%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to April 2023, the import of pile fabrics showed a year-on-year increase of 47.8 metric tons (+12.0%).
Two years ago, in the same month (April 2022), the import increased by 150.4 metric tons (+51.0%).
The YTD import of pile fabrics amounted to 1.9 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 70.5 metric tons (-3.5%) compared to the same period last year.
