Azerbaijan: Imports of leather footwear for August 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of leather footwear (HS Code: 6403) in August 2024 reached 550.4 thsd prs.

The import grew by 39.3 thsd prs (+7.7%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to August 2023, the import of leather footwear showed a year-on-year decrease of 175.8 thsd prs (-24.2%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import showed a decrease of 142.8 thsd prs (-20.6%).

The YTD import of leather footwear amounted to 4.1 mln prs, decreasing by 84.6 thsd prs (-2.0%) compared to the same period last year.
