According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2024, the import of fresh vegetables (HS Code: 709) totaled 4.8 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 2.3 thsd metric tons (+93.0%) compared to the previous month.
The import of fresh vegetables year-on-year, compared to April 2023, grew by 1.2 thsd metric tons (+34.1%).
Two years ago, in the same month (April 2022), the import increased by 2.1 thsd metric tons (+74.8%).
Year-to-date, the import of fresh vegetables totaled 11.5 thsd metric tons, up by 2.5 thsd metric tons (+27.8%) compared to the previous year.
