According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of fresh vegetables (HS Code: 709) in April 2025 amounted to 4.0 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 1.3 thsd metric tons (+46.2%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to April 2024, the import of fresh vegetables showed a year-on-year decrease of 817.4 metric tons (-16.9%).
The import grew by 413.7 metric tons (+11.5%) compared to the same month two years ago (April 2023).
Year-to-date, the import of fresh vegetables reached 11.0 thsd metric tons, down by 565.1 metric tons (-4.9%) compared to last year.
