According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of flat rolled steel (HS Code: 7208) totaled 13.5 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 9.3 thsd metric tons (-40.9%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of flat rolled steel rose by 2.4 thsd metric tons (+22.2%) compared to August 2024.

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import rose by 3.5 thsd metric tons (+35.4%).
