According to data from the State Customs Committee of

, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of hot-rolled coils (HS Code: 7213) in March 2024 reached 4.0 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 1.2 thsd metric tons (+44.6%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of hot-rolled coils dropped by 1.5 thsd metric tons (-27.6%) compared to March 2023.
Relative to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the import rose by 1.8 thsd metric tons (+84.4%).
Year-to-date, the import of hot-rolled coils reached 10.5 thsd metric tons, down by 493.0 metric tons (-4.5%) compared to last year.
