Azerbaijan: Imports of hot-rolled bars for September 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in September 2024, the import of hot-rolled bars (HS Code: 7214) amounted to 4.4 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 1.7 thsd metric tons (+65.3%).
Year-on-year, the import of hot-rolled bars rose by 3.6 thsd metric tons (5.9 times) compared to September 2023.
Two years ago, in the same month (September 2022), the import increased by 4.0 thsd metric tons (11.3 times).
The YTD import of hot-rolled bars reached 39.4 thsd metric tons, increasing by 16.7 thsd metric tons (+73.8%) compared to last year.
