According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of steel cables (HS Code: 7312) in August 2025 reached 464.3 metric tons.

The import dropped by 491.5 metric tons (2.1 times) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of steel cables dropped by 136.7 metric tons (-22.7%) compared to August 2024.

Compared to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import decreased by 170.7 metric tons (-26.9%).
