According to data from the State Customs Committee of

, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of bananas (HS Code: 803) in December 2024 amounted to 6.6 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 1.6 thsd metric tons (+32.8%).
The import of bananas year-on-year, compared to December 2023, grew by 2.9 thsd metric tons (+80.5%).
The import grew by 2.3 thsd metric tons (+54.1%) compared to the same month two years ago (December 2022).
