According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of dates and figs (HS Code: 804) amounted to 432.1 metric tons.

The import grew by 33.9 metric tons (+8.5%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of dates and figs rose by 65.8 metric tons (+18.0%) compared to August 2024.

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2023), the import increased by 177.3 metric tons (+69.6%).

YTD, the import of dates and figs totaled 7.5 thsd metric tons, which is 1.8 thsd metric tons (-19.5%) less than last year's figure.
