According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of diesel engines (HS Code: 8408) in June 2024 amounted to 772.0 pcs.
The import decreased by 515.0 pcs (-40.0%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to June 2023, the import of diesel engines showed a year-on-year decrease of 26.0 pcs (-3.3%).
Two years ago, in the same month (June 2022), the import increased by 269.0 pcs (+53.5%).
YTD, the import of diesel engines amounted to 4.5 thsd pcs, which is 814.0 pcs (+21.8%) more compared to the same period last year.
