According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of diesel engines (HS Code: 8408) amounted to 610.0 pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 3.5 thsd pcs (6.8 times).
In comparison to August 2023, the import of diesel engines showed a year-on-year decrease of 225.0 pcs (-26.9%).
The import dropped by 15.2 thsd pcs (26.0 times) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022).
YTD, the import of diesel engines amounted to 9.3 thsd pcs, which is 3.7 thsd pcs (+66.2%) more compared to the same period last year.
