According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in June 2025, the import of diesel engines (HS Code: 8408) totaled 729.0 pcs.
The import grew by 53.0 pcs (+7.8%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of diesel engines dropped by 43.0 pcs (-5.6%) compared to June 2024.
Relative to the same month two years ago (June 2023), the import declined by 69.0 pcs (-8.6%).
YTD, the import of diesel engines amounted to 7.8 thsd pcs, which is 3.3 thsd pcs (+71.6%) more compared to the same period last year.
