Azerbaijan: Imports of electric motors for December 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in December 2024, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) totaled 155.6 thsd pcs.

The import increased by 49.3 thsd pcs (+46.3%) compared to the previous month.

The import of electric motors year-on-year, compared to December 2023, grew by 75.2 thsd pcs (+93.4%).

Two years ago, in the same month (December 2022), the import increased by 100.6 thsd pcs (2.8 times).

YTD, the import of electric motors amounted to 716.3 thsd pcs, which is 166.2 thsd pcs (+30.2%) more compared to the same period last year.
