According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in September 2025, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) totaled 32.9 thsd pcs.

The import decreased by 6.2 thsd pcs (-15.8%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of electric motors declined by 24.2 thsd pcs (-42.4%) compared to September 2024.

Compared to the same month two years ago (September 2023), the import decreased by 12.6 thsd pcs (-27.6%).

Year-to-date, the import of electric motors reached 300.6 thsd pcs, down by 118.8 thsd pcs (-28.3%) compared to last year.
