According to data from the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of telephones (HS Code: 8517) totaled 310.0 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 136.6 thsd pcs (-30.6%).

Year-on-year, the import of telephones declined by 176.6 thsd pcs (-36.3%) compared to August 2023.

The import dropped by 109.3 thsd pcs (-26.1%) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022).

The import of telephones YTD amounted to 3.9 mln pcs, exceeding last year's value by 344.6 thsd pcs (+9.6%).
