According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of carbon electrodes (HS Code: 8545) in February 2024 reached 2.8 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 518.8 metric tons (-15.5%).
The import of carbon electrodes year-on-year, compared to February 2023, grew by 831.8 metric tons (+41.7%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (February 2022), the import rose by 2.6 thsd metric tons (13.5 times).
YTD, the import of carbon electrodes totaled 6.2 thsd metric tons, which is 169.4 metric tons (-2.7%) less than last year's figure.
